1. Business Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and lawful use of all business and customer information entered by you or your staff, and for controlling access to your workspace. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from data you enter or how you conduct your business.

2. Unverified Customer Payment Records

Devaraj Den is an order record-keeping tool, not a bank, payment gateway, or escrow provider.

• Manually recorded cash, bank transfer, KHQR, cash-on-delivery, and other customer payments arenot bank-verified.
• You must confirm actual receipt of funds directly with your bank or payment provider (e.g., checking your banking app directly) before fulfilling or shipping any order.
• We bear zero responsibility or financial liability for fake payment screenshots, uncollected cash-on-delivery, or user entry mistakes.

3. Subscriptions and Third-Party Checkout (CutLuy)

• Free Trial: The trial lasts 14 days and requires no payment card.
• Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscriptions are one-time, 30-day access purchases with no automatic recurring charge. Current prices and activation terms are shown before checkout. Paid 30-day passes are non-refundable once activated.
• Third-Party Billing Flow: Subscription payments are currently processed via CutLuy (or other designated payment gateways such as ABA PayWay as our infrastructure evolves). We are not liable for payment processing delays, gateway downtime, or transaction errors caused by third-party payment platforms.

4. Development Release & "AS IS" Disclaimer

Devaraj Den is provided as an active development release and is subject to documented operational limitations.THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. No unsupported security, uninterrupted uptime, regulatory compliance, or local data-residency guarantee is made by these Terms. You are responsible for regularly exporting and backing up your critical business records.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system stability, upload unlawful or fraudulent material, or use the platform to harm another person or business. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these rules.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Devaraj Solutions, Devaraj Den, nor its sole proprietor/operator shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost merchandise, unverified customer payments, business interruption, or data loss.Our total cumulative liability for any claim relating to the service is strictly limited to the amount you paid for your current 30-day subscription period (or USD $0.00 if your workspace is on a free trial).

7. Corporate Transition & Assignment

You acknowledge that Devaraj Solutions may incorporate or transition its operations into a formally registered commercial entity in the future. We may assign or transfer these Terms and associated workspace records to a successor corporate entity or affiliate without restriction.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of theKingdom of Cambodia.
