This Privacy Policy explains how Devaraj Den, a product of Devaraj Solutions (devarajsolutions.site), collects, uses, and protects information when you use our application. Devaraj Solutions is currently operated by Pav Khemerak as an independent software provider ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Workspace Data vs. Customer Order Data

Devaraj Den is a business management tool that handles two distinct categories of information:

  • Workspace Account Data: Information about you and your staff (such as account email addresses, login activity, and subscription records). We use this data to operate your account.
  • Merchant Customer Data: Information you or your staff enter about your buyers (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery addresses, notes, orders, items, and payment records). Your business owns and controls this data. We store and process it solely on your behalf to provide the workspace. Do not enter information your business is not authorized to collect or use.

2. Information Stored and How It Is Used

  • What We Store: Business profile details, customer contact and delivery details, order items, notes, manual payment records, and workspace account activity (including login sessions and security logs) supplied by workspace users.
  • How We Use It: Information is used strictly to provide order recording, fulfillment tracking, customer history, workspace reports, subscription management, optionalTelegram notifications, customer support, and abuse prevention.

3. Customer Payments vs. CutLuy Subscription Payments

  • Customer-Order Payments: Customer payments (including cash, bank transfer, KHQR, or cash-on-delivery) are recorded manually by workspace users for your own bookkeeping.They are not verified by a bank or by Devaraj Den. Selecting KHQR or attaching a payment reference or screenshot is not proof that funds were received.
  • Subscription Payments (CutLuy): Workspace subscription payments are processed through a separate flow facilitated by CutLuy (or other designated third-party payment facilitators). We do not collect or store your sensitive banking credentials or PINs; payment processing is subject to the privacy and security practices of the third-party payment provider.

4. Sharing, Third-Party Services, and Access

We do not sell your business or customer data. Workspace information is available only to:

  • Authorized Workspace Members: Owners and staff members granted access by your business;
  • Service Operators & Infrastructure: System operators and cloud hosting providers strictly where needed to host, operate, secure, or support the application;
  • Optional Telegram Notifications: If you enable Telegram notifications, relevant order alerts are sent via Telegram's API and become subject to Telegram's privacy policy.
